According to your schematic, you need to add (3) 0402 resistors each one is (10Kohm), RC812,RC805 and RC811.
Also you didn't mention your onboard ram type and size.

Hello, thanks a lot for your reply.
      Laptop has 4gb ddr4 onboard ram:k4a8g165wc-bcwe.
So i just need to add those 3 resistors and do not need to remove any other components?

        Hi, transfer RC823 to RC812 and RC822 to RC805 that's it.

Nope, it didn't work. I'll try couple times this config on this board, bios still read onboard ram. Maybe someone have other config to share ?

Also had no success wits this board, 4Gb Micron RAM located. Desolder it, reball and got it working. One hour of haemorrhoid

Lenovo C861 Ryzen 5 disable 4GB samsung onboard ram
                    by brotank
I quiet struggling with board lenovo c681 to disable 4gb samsung onboard ram because they're faulty, I followed the instruction on the schematic to disable them with resistor codes but still not detecting the ram on the slot.

can someone disable onboard ram from my dumped bios, please 🙏

I tried the other bios on this forum with disabled onboard ram, but no success

my final try is to find someone that can help disable onboard ram in my dumped bios attached in this post.

after that I officially give up 😂

                    thanks for awesome jobs 😊...

lenovo 330 15Ich, how to disable onboard ram?
                    by 4lorn
hi everyone, my lenovo 330 15ich has been acting erratic lately, crashed out with black screen and sometimes white strip in the middle
sometimes refuse to boot all together, or letting me into the windows but crashed when I open the browser (ram heavy app?)
after that letting it to "cool down" without power/battery for 12 hours seems to make it work again. but it'll crash again eventually

when I open it up turns out within the onboard ram has some blown up caps/fuse(?), I'm sorry I can't take a picture since my phone conveniently have given up on me too......
