Alienware m15 R4 with GPU NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070

Hello there, I've got an Alienware m15 R4 with the GPU 490-BGKB : NVIDIA(R) GeForce RTX(TM) 3070, 8GB GDDR6. Originally, the computer would turn off and have a black screen. I reflowed the onboard 32GB RAM module Chip 1 and the board started to work. After doing a system test using Dell Diagnostics, I would get the memory error message as pictured, and MemTest would throw an error with failure. Then I replaced Chip 1 with the same memory module with H5ANBG6NAMR-XNC. The MemTest error went away, and after 4 iterations of testing, there was no failure. Dell Diagnostics still says "Memory Error." I decided to take a MATS test, and it shows errors, and its report is attached. I don't understand it, but I suspect it's off by 2 bits or some bits. It's a weird error, not a specific memory chip.
Attached is the MATS report.txt file along with PDF with all the images. Thanks!
