    Toshiba C850 Getting stuck on startup logo

    Hello friends,
    I have Toshiba C850 Laptop when it is power on it was stuck on Toshiba logo.
    I was try to solve it but cant please help.
    I was reset CMOS , remove hard drive , remove battery and change ram and I did many more things.. But nothing doing any thing Please help..

      i have the dumped bios, and the bios that came from Toshiba Site

      these are the same version ( 2.80 )

      if any one can Rebuild a new one.. or better... has a dumped one from a working machine this can be great,

      i think i will replace the EEPROM to avoid issues with it.

      Stuck in boot up logo
      Is this something that can be fixed easily like an USB fw upgrade?
      Or does it need any specific hardware programming adapter?

      I just got this tv today and it's getting stuck on the wallpaper. When I first power it on it goes to the V logo, then a black screen for about 15 seconds, then a Chromecast error for just a few seconds, and then finally to a wallpaper. It stays frozen on this wallpaper and does not respond to anything on the remote besides power on/off. Likewise the buttons on the tv do nothing either (besides power).
