    I didn't check the schematic untill now,your best bet is the power sequence unless it is not given on the schematic.
    I dont have ALW_ON output from IO Chip. Is it a bad IO that needs replacement ? I have flashed both the MAIN and EC bios once though.

        Acin in the pic is low with 2.7v,is that what you're getting from the charging ic to the sio chip?

        check rtc section
        32.7khz

        sio vcc,ecrst,acin this is enough to release alw_on ,if not then sio is fualty.

          SIO VCC is 3.3
          Which one is ecrst ? is it WRST ( Pin 14 of IO )
