Google drive missing back-ups and doesn't make back-ups anymore after reset phone

Hi all

I have anoying problem after resetting my blackview bv9900 phone doesn't find google drive my phone back&ups anyymore also doesn't make new back-ups from my phone anamore. Does anyone know why it happens and how i can fix it . I will not like to lose my data again. Also back-up button is grey out see picture.
