UX330CA 2 white LED flashes

The problem of the motherboard is doing ... 2 white led flashes! I check starter MOSFETS also i measure 19V at the time it flashes the white led it checks ok in Current Res. And also in 3.3V Coil and 5V coil .After it turns off , the voltage drops until it reach 0V.Check for shorts on PwR sections on Caps.Checked the Starter MOSFETS for short all good ! Also the MSOFETS of the Power Section of 3.3v and 5v High and low and trace from TPS51285A to the sourounding area ! Checked the BQ24780S in Vcc it has 19V and i am still checking that Charger Chip.
Anyone has ever encounter this Board before ? or something similar problem ?
