Lenovo l340 15irh slow kb + Power led issue

Wierd one.

KBC was dead cause of little water. All cleaned up. Ec replaced with new 1 and programmed.

First thing is power led
It turns on for about 13 sec and turns off for same amount of time - no clue what that mean

Second is keyboard.
Slow reaction to button presses and even not registers all of them lets say you press 4x s key it will show 3 after 1-2 sec.

I eve did bios update within the system it reprogrammed ec so here seems that its ok.

Any idea?

I would do a clean me region of your bios.

I did it "my way" by coping same me from diffirent bios for same model (which was cleaned by some 1 else).
Just copy/paste - it used to work in the past. That did not change anything.

If you wana do it by intel tool go ahead i would like to compare result.

Im too confused by that tool.
