Hello everyone, most likely someone has already dug
board, I was tormented for more than one day, when the charger is connected, the cooler twitches once and there is no green and orange, the SMC is now installed on the board LM4FS1AH .Voltages that I have : PP3V42_G3H on L6995 3.4v, PPBUB_G3H on F7040 1.5v and falls gradually, PU7000 replaced with a good board pin1 CHGR_AGATE 13v, pin2 CHGR_DCIN 14.7v, pin3 CHGR_ACIN 4v, pin14 SMC_BC_ACOK 0v no short 8Koh,pin17 CHGR_CSO_N 1.5v and falls, pin19 PP5V1_CHGR_VDD 6.1v, pin20 PP5V1_CHGR_VDDP 6.1v, pin27 CHGR_CSI_N 1.5v, pin28 CHGR_CSI_P 1.5v . Tell me please check what.

Remove F7040. Power up again.

Do you now have a stable PPBUS_G3H on left side of the fuse = ISL producer side ?

i removed F7040 on pin1 PPVBAT_G3H_CHGR_REG 2v after falls , resistance 0.4Kohm

Resistance = 0.4k = 400 ohms is very low so there is a fault on the PRODUCER side of this circuit.

Next, still with no power, lift up one leg of the inductor @ L7030 (either side is ok).

After you have done this, check the resistance again to ground on F7040, pin #1. What is the reading ? Do you still see a low resistance of 400 ohms ?

Also confirm the resistance to ground on L7030, pin #1 = mosfet side.

We are trying to isolate the components on this rail to determine who is causing this rail to be excessively loaded down = probably causing this switching circuit to shut down.

After the above desoldering of the inductor @ L7030 - do not power up till we can figure out the bad component.

Thanks for the help, I know that it is impossible to connect without L7030.
I raised L7030 from pin2 , resistance was still ~ 400 OHm , after raise Q7030 ~2 Mohm -7Mohm on L7030 on pin2 and solder F7040 on pin1 ~2 after ~7 Mohm.
Now I checked Q7030

If I am following correctly, looks like you have a shorted mosfet @ Q7030.

With no power - meter in resistance mode.

Check the resistance of the mosfet across:

source & drain
source & gate
gate & drain

It is best if you can do this with Q7030 out of the circuit which I believe you have already done. With such low resistance values, Q7030 is damaged and should be replaced.

Also check the mosfets in the same way @ Q7080 / Q7085.
