      That's the only component where 3 and 5v are meeting.
      Of course, that's exactly what he means, see the LDO 3.3v and 5v lines at the TPS51123 - VREG3 and VREG5, then push check 3D3V_PWR and 5V_PWR, check the resistance to ground at those lines too, check main power rail, check resistance and voltage at pin 8 of the bios chip and so on, all the basic checks first ...

      Edit: And don't short anything with the probes or the tweezers...

        To be honest it looks like musical notation to me, i never had interest in learning schematics and i still hate them, that's why i'm here asking for your help and donate to forum : ))
