Lenovo t480s no boot error noise code unknown

Hi guys ive got Thinkpad no boot. During startup process it emits chime error code but Lenovo diagnostic app doesn't recognize that error.. sound file attached

Any help appreciated.

Does it chime same with or without ram ?
Did you try to backup and reflash BIOS ?

With both ram and without, same error melody

Haven't tried flashing bios yet, since that means i need to clean ME region.
I like to escalate it step by step and this is definitely the next measure.

Consumption on your dc supply(mb turned on)
01.With ram
02.Without ram

If it is same, the error is related to system not reading ram.

With or without rame gave me same reading

19v 0.08 amp without battery.

Tried unplugging main battery and CMOS, no bueno
Also from initial probing I didn't find any short
