Prolem with +Vin, Acer E3-112 DA0ZHKMB6C0 rev c

Hai guys, need help here.

I have problem with +VIN, its only show 15.6V, its should be 19V, am I correct?
I have already check PR71, it show 19 volt, then i cannot find away to find why +Vin is drop to 15.6V.

Need assist here, thanks

example in PC80 pin 1, +VIN value is 15.6 volt

Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode.

Measure the resistance to ground of +Vin rail. Post the measurement.

as u see, VIN is NOT generated by charger, but by charger ic PU11. so u must check VIN on PR55. as VIN is generated it must not be 19-20V. i have this on some laptop and this voltage was ok
