ACER Swift 3 SF314-52-51KE dead

I have a ACER Swift 3 SF314-52-51KE (Main Board SU4EA) that's dead.
No charger led or power led, when the charger is placed.
I have 5.15V on L8100 coil and 3.33V on L8101 coil.
When pressing the power button, the voltage drops from 3.25V to 0V on the power button.

On coil L8800 I get 3V, on the following coils there is no voltages present: L8300 / L8201 / L8002 / L8000 / L8001

I have attached the boardview and schematic of this board.

Could use some help

Check the supply U9101all pins expected GND and note down
EC pin 25 112 supply as you press the PWRBTWN ? Make sure VCC RTC & SW RTCRST supply is fine & no short

VCC RTC 2.99v
SW RTCRST (location for part R2406 is not on the board. No power on de Gate of Q2401)
Do have 2.9V on the drain and source has no power

EC pin 112 is not responding let’s do some further testing find out bios ic U2801 note down the voltage all pins after you need to test EC requirements

back up old Bios bin and flash bios may be due to bad bios since pin 112 U3001 no reaction for power BTWN.
test some supply's again U3001 pin 14 when pressing power btwn
pin 127 26 128 supply ?
voltage on +AC_bat_SYS ?
U9101 PIN 14 8 Impedance with out power ?
SRTC_RST voltage ?

Done the measurements:

U3001 > T8987E/BX
Pin 14 pressing power btwn: nothing changes (still 3.24v)
Pin 127 pressing power btwn: nothing changes (still 3.28v)
Pin 26 pressing power btwn: nothing changes (still 3.26v)
Pin 128 no measurement

voltage on +AC_bat_SYS: 19.37v (have measured this on a couple of point on the board according to the schematic)

U9101
Pin 14 Impedance with out power 730K
Pin 8 Impedance with out power 7.14K

voltage on SRTC_RST: 2.98v

Regarding backup old bios and flash bios, I have a EZP2019+ programmer.
Can I just read the current file and save it, do I have then everything regarding the bios?
On https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/conten...t-product/7226 I have found different bios files, but which one do I need and how can I flash this (they are exe files).

Placed the chip but nothing has changed.

how many bios bin files did you try ? what the the supply TP_SENSOR_OFF ?

D3101 1.22v
D3103 is not placed on the board

The battery is dead, no voltages present. Can I charge the battery with my lab power supply (delta electronics ES030-05) ?

Your problem is no Communication between Bios & ÉC may be due to bad EC
You must try with a another bump leave the battery for the moment

Any suggestions how to check if the EC chip is dead or something between the EC chip and bios chip ?

Did find on some websites, that some laptop motherboards will not start (looks dead) when there is no battery is connected / or a decent charge in the battery available.

for the battery part i have come across some MB with out the battery no power but in you case there is no commutation Bios and EC pin 112
conforms it if EC is short it will get hot when you touch it or when you put 100% alcool it will move around

do you have another BIOS chip to test ? discharge the EC take a wire with out power remove bios battery one end to GND other to one by one all pin take a around this will discharge EC and try again power up

I have used two other 25Q64 chips and used 4 bios versions, still the same.
Did the discharging of the EC like you mentioned, but also then still the same.

Which parts are all between the EC pin 112 and the bios chip (which pin of the bios chip communicates with pin 112) and is it possible to rule this parts out?

Can you test the cristal X2402 32.766 khz is working or not ? is the power led working ?

I don't have a scoop to test if the cristal is working, the power led does not work / does not give light when pressing the power button or placing the charger.

On IR24 I do have 3.84v and IR25 i have 4.39v, and I also measure this on the led itself (blue / orange) (with the diode test on the multimeter, the blue and orange does give light).
IC20 is not on the board, but from +5VSUS_PWR (at pin 1 from IC20) I do have 5.16v
