Dell inspiron 15 3000 series burning the 3.3V and 5V IC

Hello guys

I have a Dell inspiron 15 3000 series burning the 3.3V and 5V IC

I replaced the entire IC with a working IC , even replaced the 4 mosfets, but still burning that IC, 51225 chip .

I checked for a short to ground couldn't find anything, checked the ceramic caps but still nothing .

Check resistance on +3V LDO/+5V LDO pins after removing the IC.Dont apply power without the ic soldered.
