I have a Lenovo v310 laptop core i7 7th gen with AMD R5 Graphics, the laptop was all fine but it now takes around 1 minute to display after pressing the power button. I have tried to update bios but the problem is not going away, its fans also spins very fast even when it's not overheating. I have tried everything within my knowledge to solve the problem. Does anyone know how this can be sorted?

The laptop was working fine, the only problem was that when I turned it on, the screen was hard to turn on, it would wait for about 30-40 seconds before an image appeared on the screen.
Initially, I updated from windows to Intel Management Engine 11.8 Firmware, restarted, everything was fine.
Then I updated the bios, also from windows, to the last vs, vs 46. It restarted, those lines with bios update progress appeared, restarted and that's it, since then... -
