    Lenovo flex ideapad 6-14ikb help sourcing this mosfet?

    Hello, long time listener, first time caller
    I'm repairing a charging issue on a Lenovo flex ideapad 6-14ikb 81EM.
    Two related mosfets short to ground. One I was able to find here in the U.S. The other >>>AON6324<<< an Alpha & Omega product, I ended up purchasing on eBay from a U.K. seller to hedge my bets as I continue to look for a U.S. seller. DigiKey says it's obsolete, and I don't trust “similar” mosfets that DigiKey points you to due to their specs not being really close. I also have looked on mouser.com, amazon of course, mercari for good measure. Also tried to find parts-only boards but I'd rather wait for the UK shipment then shell out 5-10x more$. I've searched schematics of older flex models hoping to find the same mosfet but no luck. And any parts-only “no power” items could have the same problem although that may be a long shot.
    ANY IDEAS for how/where I might find this mosfet?

        I've had stuff take 8 days to 2 months. It depends on what you're ordering.

          Id=85A FET. That's a very high rating device to have failed. It's obsolete but you can substitute with a newer device.

          From a parametric search at AOSMD, closest equivalent with same DFN5x6 package (and in production) is AON6314 (30V, Id=85A, Pd=32.5W).

          Higher Pd FET's are also available if you want to over rate the device; AON6794 (42W), AON6572 (48W). Full list here:
