HP 250 G5: shutdown after 4-5 seconds

Hello !

model: HP 250 G5 W4N09EA
motherboard: BDL50 LA-D703P

This laptop turn on, fan spin and then shutdown after 4-5 seconds, no signal on monitor.
I've already changed PSU and flashed BIOS.
Light in DC socket is solid white.
PJP1: 19.53V

When ON:
BIOS PIN 8: 3.35V, 20 Ohm (to GND)
PL202: 2.90V
PL14: 1.69V near PCZ42, 0.3V rapidly drop to 0 the other side
PC78: 19.53V
PL8: 5.08V
PL9: 3.35V
PL11: 1.35V

What can I check ?

Program the bios with specified file with the ME-Region cleared and describe motherboard reaction. Without a battery RTC should rum off/on approximately 3 times before the image appears on the screen.

BIOS flashed but has the same issue.
Turn on, fan spin for 4-5 seconds then switch off and nothing more

Hope that you clean me your dump with official tool....do you have schematic/Brd of this motherboard !

I've flashed the bios provided by mayss
Attached the schematic of this board.
Can't find anywhere boardview of this MB

Edit: thank you, flashed the bios with ME cleaned but nothing has changed (fan spin for 4-5 sec. then shutdown, no signal)

Tried both lapfix and SMDFlea BIOS on that thread but nothing has changed.
FIY same behaviour show up also if I completely remove the BIOS chip (fan turn on but shutdown after 4-5 seconds)
