LA-D704P rev 4.0 stuck 206mA and goes off. All voltages are coming and then goes off. Also flashed new bios rom, no luck. After some reading signals and voltages found PCH_SPI_CLK signal (Pin 6 of UC2 BIOS ROM) is only 1.4v and steady DC voltage. I am attaching the schematics with this.
