Acer ES1-711

hello everyone,i have a mentioned laptop with the board DA0ZYLMB6D0 rev: D

laptop turns on, but no picture,all the voltages present,CPU cold,USB has power,but not blinking the usb stick light, so not reading from usb, fn+esc works, starts to blink power led,but not reading from USB, fan spins up at powerup and doesn't work even if i heat the cpu with hot air...it seems something is missing at powerup,but what... i tried flashing bios a few times, it's 1.8V, and i have the adapter, so everything went fine, but to no avail...could the EC bee the problem? how to flash EC?

please advise what to look next...is the cpu dead? it has only cpu with pch...

If all voltages are present, cpu cant remain cold. Check voltage on coils near cpu.

all present, i will attach a picture and measurments...could one of the crystals be the problem near the cpu? one is metal, other is black/plastic... i desoldered the black one and then no power led, i must try the other one also...but i doubt it the crystal...

It has nothing to do with crystal.
