    notebook Fujitsu lifebook AH530 Quanta FH2

    I put a small problem with a laptop that turns on the cpu fan and starts windows but it stops and the fan no longer starts, my question seeing page 26 of the schematic in the CPU FAN CTRL; ek pin 3 that goes to Q11 the FANSIG signal goes to the KBC, there I have 3v at the beginning and then they sevan, and they no longer appear, it is supposed that the kbc is the culprit, right?
    The equipment is a fujitsu siemens lifebook AH530 Quanta FH2 intel UMA rev 1A
