hello my friends, on this excited day I'm having trouble analyzing this acer 4738 laptop, initially this laptop came with a total dead condition due to a 19v voltage loss, the laptop owner said to me that this laptop has been done by someone else, and now this laptop I've worked on it and it's running normally, but I still have problems with the LCD backlight not turning on, and this is the measurement result from the lvds socket on the motherboard:

VIN:19.2V
LCD_VCC:3.03V
BL_ON:3.3V
LVDS_BRIGHT:3V

Is it LCD or LED screen?? If it is LCD, check CCFL inverter. Your measurements seems fine on mb.

oh sorry i called it wrong, the correct one is the LED, I think the lvds block on the motherboard seems to work properly, yesterday when I disassembled the LED. how to measure the path on its LED machine?

after I checked every fuse, capacitor, and diode on the LED, all are good and there is no short circuit, but I heard that there was a component that was electrocuted in the LED backlight area machine, is that normal?
