So I got confirmation from the client, as I suspected! The original board Q5WVH LA-7912P was swapped for a Q5WV8 LA-8331P! This is why the display shows no picture! The original board does have the RTD2132S but the Q5WV8 LA-8331P does not and you can clearly see it with this board comparison where the RTD2132S is present on one but not the other!!!
Thanks again for the heads up @mon2 my brain was just not working and without your fresh pair of eyes I doubt I would have figured it out!!! So thanks again brother!
