HP EliteBook 1030 g2 Caps/Num lock 5 blink, fan spin and no display

Hi, i have an EliteBook 1030 g2 that blinks the Capslock and Num Lock 5 times with No display and the fan spins fast.

Initially, It entered a power loop whenever the power button is pressed to power it on. I noticed a bit of corrosion on U66000 IC [Intersil 95859A]. Pin 21 and 22 had a partial short with each other which caused the loop. After washing the corroded particles off, the short was gone and the power loop stopped BUT the blinking started.

I have replaced U66000 just in case it was faulty and the blinking still continues

I can't seem to find either the Schematic or boardview online so far. I need help in solving this problem. Thanks.

No one to help me on this here? Please I need a little assistance. At least a pointer in the right direction, where to diagnose, etc.

Make a hd picture with all voltage written on the coils ans also with resistance to ground.
