Re: Dell Precision 7510 charge battery and left side board problem.

Ok, so today a donor board with fried CPU arrived.
I checked resistance on the upper side of both jumpers and it's 13KΩ, preety high compared to my 85Ω.
I swap the PU1100 but nothing, MB is completely dead when i connect PSU.
    Any advice?

I`d check everything on +5V_ALW,PC121, PR112, PR203,PR210, PU200,PC805,PU800,PC900,PU900,PU1001,PR1151 etc.Desolder the IC`s one by one and check the resistance on the +5V_ALW rail each time.I think this is your only option now as nothing is heating up when you inject voltage.

        Goodmorning!
I had a idea last night, what if i inject voltage and monitor the mb with FLIR thermal cam?
It's very sensitive and will detect even the lightest heat.
        What do you think?
