Try this type windows+R in the box type or paste this devmgmt.msc, inside that window in the "view" tab select the option "Show hidden devices".
Does your device appear as hidden when you perform these steps?

Hardware issue usually caused by bad soldering on the CPU. The GPU gets physically disconnected from the bus. We used to see this a lot with water damaged boards.

If it is the GPU basically you will have to change the chip if it is bad, or do a reballing if it is working fine.
To test if the chip is bad soldered, first do a good cleaning with isopropyl alcohol, if it is liquid or moisture damage apply an ultrasonic wash if you have the machine.
After cleaning well you can do a small reflow, at 200 ° at most 1 to 2 minutes at most and test if the board gives video.
The reflow is not a solution, if it gives video it will be only for a while, if or if you will have to change the chip or do reaballing.
If you don't know how to do any of the above, take it to a technician.
