I have a 820-00426-A that power on and chime but no video both external and internal. PPVCORE_GPU only have. 0.850v. Is this normal when no load to the GPU? According to schematics should be 1.05V. Also when power on there's no activity on the USB.

I have an LG 34UM68 with board EAX66876002 but it has issues with not working correctly.
It powers on, backlight comes on, but there is no OSD shown, and no video shown on the screen.
I checked over the board for any obvious visual damage, and everything looked OK.
I then took a dump of the main SPI Flash chip.
I tried to take a dump from the EEPROM, but it would sometimes read data correctly, and other times would had obvious reading problems.
I managed to get a dump from it which somewhat resembled correct data - part of the... -
This is from my son’s gaming computer that at first had minor overheating issues when playing a very intense game with it causing the computer to crash or reboot
Then bough a new motherboard and a new computer case that a cooling system in it already installed also brought the cooling system for this video card but now the issue with it is that it randomly rebooted screen goes blank randomly and suddenly video freezing or started with video being there then blank screen and then the video comes back or it just stays blank for a while and then maybe it will come back but it... -
