Hello,
i am coming from another thread (request schematics) and need some hints for this laptop:
My problem is with the laptop if you push the power on button it starts for 2 seconds and goes off. So i took it apart and started to measure the voltages for 1,8V and there is no voltage at the conductor PL8200, there is a short to ground somewhere in this area.
The next i tried i desoldered mosfet PQ8201 and C2627 and C2617 and started to turn on the laptop and then the schottky diode PD8201 started to smoke...
Removed the PD8201 and the power switch is now stable on but no screen and no function at all... since this seems to be the voltage for CPU ??
----------
Update: I found on the backside of the mainboard an short to GND at PU 8200 - PWM CONTROLLER RT8202APQW at PIN 13 (it shows Ohm Reading 0,13 R via multimeter) and its getting hot by voltage supply.
I am going to order this and try to exchange and will report back.
