I thought the crappy software looked somewhat familiar, its a long time since i used landrex.Don`t know why it wouldn`t open with OBV.

Edit: Just updated to openboardview 8 and it opens ok,my AV software has been deleting newer OBV versions, never noticed. The old version was from 2016

I found the pr301 and pr302 PR301=151K supposed to be 499k based on schematics on PR302=114K supposed to have 150k

        Re: Acer nitro a515 dead

First Check Voltage both Sides of PR302. Did you Lifted the Resistor from at least one Pad before Measuring Résistance?

Your PR301 Resistor is connected to Pin12? Then it isn't PR301...

Come on, do the Job and find the Resistors.

The pr 301 is not coinnected to pin12 and connected to pin11 i measure both without lifting the resistor one side. the voltage of pr 301 one side 19v other side 4.45v the pr302 one side no voltage one side 4.45v, base on the boardview that is the resistor

Then we succesfully double-checked, you get the ENABLE Signal. You shared you have No Voltage there before.
Now Remove Power and Check Inputs and Outputs of the Controller for Short to ground. Also Check voltages again. When LDO still isn't present but No short anywhere, the Controller should be dead.

              Still no voltage LDO on pin17 pin9 PG no voltage pin11 EN1 have 2.9v And pin12 en2 have 19v

You know what to do? Find the short with Bench PSU. Check SIO/EC also (is it getting hot wegen injecting?)

I inject 1v on PC313 is tking near 2amps KBC is not heating up since i dont have thermal camera im still finding what component getting hot

                      Re: Acer nitro a515 dead

removed the chip and injected voltage on pin 17 taking amps but cannot find hot component on the board

update:the short is gone after replacing pc313 but still the problem no PIN17 LDO and PIN9 PGOOD voltage, but pin 11 and pin12 have enable voltage 4.5v, any help
