I've found a MOSFET gate to source 0hms
    I'll update you shortly

      Hi there, PU401's Pin 38 is 1.16V
Upon checking schematics above, it's on the 3V line so I'm assuming it's not going up or the 10k resistor pulling it down to 1.16v.

On Mosfet pq605 and pq606 - Gate to Source was 0ohms on both. Thinking it's a short, but I was wrong, upon turning on unit, it's Gate: 1.31 Source: 0.9v Drain 0.92v
Individually Gate to Ground is 5.5ohms Source to Ground is 4.9ohms.

In the schematics, page 21 - there is a table related to CFG0 Stall Reset Sequence - could this be related to the issue? See attachment - any advise is appreciated and help others.

Yes, mines completely different issue. Audio IC shorted, Network IC shorted and then the Super IO shorted - see you later board in spare parts division! You can see the video in few hours on the link above channel.

did you manage to solve this problem?

i have a thinkpad p1 whis the same error code.

(the NCP81218 (U137) DC/DC controller never asserts VR_RDY, which is routed to the CPU package PCH_PWROK pin.) also messured the same issue

I did not. Maybe I'll get to it this year
