Strange keyboard connector - Fujitsu H700

Hello,
I'm having problem removing the Mb from the Fujitusu H700 notebook. I'm not sure how keyboard is removed, because the connector is strange and I don't want to break something since don't have experience with this one.
The pictures are given in the attached file.

Any advices?

you need to pull it out vertically. just be a bit careful, nothing to fear about... try to wiggle on one edge and then on the other

Thank you. I pulled it up vertically with a bit of force. Nothing is damaged.
