Xps 9360 turn on then off immediately...

So i got a xps 9360 i7 8th generation . Which has LA-F051p motherboard.

The laptop briefly blinks and immediately shuts off. All the signals including VCC SA and VCC Core comes on during this 1 second time. Apart from VCC_GT. I did the following so far

Replacing charger IC
Replacing CPU controller ic ISL92859A
Replacing the VCC GT mosfet
Replacing the VCC SA mosfet + its driver.
Replacing TPM IC

And of course tried 2 different bioses but same issue.

So i am open for any suggest or help what could this be before deciding on its PCH.

It could be a short circuit somewhere on the board. Measure the resistance value (with black probe on ground) of all the coils and report back.

I could not find any overheating comp. Under the thermal camera.

But these are the resistance readings as requested (black prob on gnd)
and the diode mode measures . (Reb prob on gnd)

I have a 9360 which has similar symptoms.

I'm not a professional tech...
What do you mean by "before deciding on its PCH" ?
