Everything seems alright. +3VS_LCD will come only when mb posts-so no problem is likely to be there. The clue is when you shutdown, it restarts. So you should carefully look on your dc-dc conversion. The enable for dc-dc conversion is perhaps not removed when you shutdown. May be a bios issue but i think dc-dc conversion ic is faulty. Try replacing them one by one. there may be 2 such conversion circuit. I've not seen the boardview but rather replaying on your symptoms.

In case of no POST, no physical damage and no visual hint, BIOS should be flashed first to avoid wasting time and risking damaging the board for no reason.

Perhaps PQ9111. Check Pin3 voltage in off condition, when turned on, when you shut down.

Plug the battery in,then the charger ,it shouldn`t auto start.Add some extra ram as well and see if theres any change. If not i suspect the EC or onboard ram is bad .

                        - Have no battery (long time since it given up)
                        - tried 3 different kind of ram all working in my other laptop
                        - tried different ram slots as well.
(this model have no onboard ram)

Though cant say with 100% certainity but seems like EC chip is bad.

I think I will check if PS_ON drop or not from EC. If not dropping I should replace the EC.
If yes then i will replace the PQ9111
Also checking Q5767 if its is stuck and having PS_ON 3v cause of that.
Let me know if Im thinking wrong.

Connected PS_ON to ground and laptop stopped until it was held to ground. Then started again when released.
Any other things I can check before going on blind chip replace and there migth be something else that is causing this?

Strange but I found a site where the problem was the same and the solution was to change the PCH chip. Is it possible?
google search for "Asus N550JV (Asus N550JV Rev 2.0) Нет изображения"
Is it possible to test if the PCH or the EC is the problem? (without changing them cause I dont have an infrared BGA station)

After some searching i found a loose KBC leg. Now laptop kindof starts. But Im back at my original problem.
Every sequence value is normal but no post. CPU and GPU still heating up slowly.
Little differences to the starting problem:
                                        - After AC plugin NO autostart.
                                        - Pressing the power button for 10 seconds laptop starts with Power+numlock LED lit (or sometimes not start and power led blinks once)
                                        - After it started every sequence value is normal except LCD 3v never comming on (no picture)

                                        Any ideas?
