Dell 5570 - LA-F115P, Dead

Hi,

i am new here and try toy to repair a dead Dell 5570, with i5 and AMD GPU.
Before purchasing any Hotair or Microscope equipment i try to repair with my equipment and a handheld lens for stamps/coins...

The Board has no sign of life, if 19V is connected i hear a hissing sound.
I checked Power Rail at DC in an 19V seems fine so far.

I have schematics, Scope, Multimeter, DC Bench Power Supply with Current limiting (HP/Agilent).
Schematics is "Dell Inspiron 15 5570 LA-F115P CAL50 DAL10 REV 1.0 (A00)"

I think that the mains +19VB is missing, but i am not shure if this will be present if not powered on.

What Voltage are present if only the PSU is connected?

This is what i measured so far.

Coils/Jumper Voltages


PLV11 has 5V, should be 19V
PLW11/PJPW01 has 5V, should be 19V, 19VB wrong, injected 1V, 0 Amps at CAP´s, seams ok
PLI11/PJPI01 has 5V, should be 19V, 19VB wrong, injected 1V, 0 Amps at CAP´s, seams ok
PL311/PJP301 has 5V, should be 19V, 19VB wrong, injected 1V, 0 Amps at CAP´s, seams ok
PL511/PJP501 has 5V, should be 19V, 19VB wrong, injected 1V, 0 Amps at CAP´s, seams ok

Fuse F1 OK

MosFet´s

PQB01 has 19V at Drain, has 5V at D2/S1 measured at PLB01
PQB02 has 5V at Drain, should this 19VB
PRB12 has 5V should this be 19VB


Other measurements

PQ3, PQ4, PD4 PD4-1 has 19V => SDC_IN = 19V

PCB07 has 19V ; 33uF/25V

PQV01, PQV02 has 5V on Drain, not 19V, seems not ok (measured at CAPS PCV01, PCV02,...)
injected 1V, 0 Amps at CAP´s, seams ok
PQV03, PQV04 has 5V on Drain, not 19V, seems not ok (measured at CAPS PCV01, PCV02,...)
injected 1V, 0 Amps at CAP´s, seams ok

I was able to do some measurement yesterday,
These are my results, during measurements the hissing sound is gone.
During all tests i use a ESD Working place...

PQS01 D (5,6,7,8 = 0.28V), S (1,2,3 = 19V), G (4 = 19V)
PQS02 D (5,6,7,8 = 0.28V), S (1,2,3 = 0.28V), G (4 = 0.28V)

PS ID Voltage is 0V (i a not shure where to measure, i used PD2-1

Voltage on SL9538HRTZ-T

14 19V
15 19V
16 19V
17 19V
18 5.2V
19 3,6V
24 0.02

Voltage on

PJP302 0V
PJP502 0V
