Toshiba Satellite C660 Not Power On adapter 5v 3v coming power led just blink (taking amphere .013)i have change io ,mosfet and charger ic(la-6842p)
Adapter with battery working fine

did you check the resistance of the coils? Resistance of cpu, bridges and gpu coils?
