Samsung NP270E4e no video BA41-02206A HST

Hi everyone

Please help with this motherboard. It turns on without video, internal or external, AMD Platform.

I have all voltages in coils except IGFX_CORE.

I have VR_ON (3.3v) and CPU_CORE but not IGFX_CORE and I don't know what other signal I need to activate it.

I have replaced ISL95836, Q515 and Q518 without success

I have reprogrammed bios with two files found in this site, no success, same behaviour.

I have PLT3_RST# (3.3v), resistence in GFX_Core = 22 ohms, no short I guess.

I have been using these two schematics because I don't have the correct, they are very similar but uses different CPU_Core power IC.

Could someone help me? I don't know what other thing I should to check

22ohms isn`t short. Make sure you have the right bios https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showpo...78&postcount=5

Ok, let me try please...

.. Reprogrammed with that bios, no success

Could the processor is bad? I don't have oscilloscope to see if the pwm is working in IC :/

Only for add, without video PCH is hot, I guess very hot

If it is amd, it has to be FCH and not PCH.

Is there some information / manual about the last part of power secuence?

If your CPU is an intel you have a PCH,if your CPU is AMD then you have an FCH. What is the exact laptop model number NP270E4e-?????

Sorry I was in mistake..

It's intel platform, E79453 cpu code (Celeron 847), I was confunded because it has a amd sticker.


Model: only says NP270E4E, tags with model is borred.

Only for add, sometimes it turn on and consumes until 1 A and VCC_Core is present. Other times only consumes 150 mA and VCC_Core is missing.

I suspect from processor because VCC_core coil is very hot when voltage is present.

same as mine bro i think its a CPU processor issue,.
igfx voltage is missing,.
a lot of bios firmware i try but no luck
i also replace the pwm of cpu still same
no spin fan but the cpu and pch hot !
