i replace adaptor and charger port but Sam problem

battery is good if i close alert same problem not charging

You didnt replied to the basic question-"Is adapter recognised in bios setup". No measurements, no description of steps taken. With such poor posting, hardly anyone will be in a position to help.

Tell us the mb part number so that schematic can be studied. Its PS_ID issue but you need to know which components are involved in ps_id circuit and only schematic will help in that aspect.

Remember that Dell laptops only "recognize" original genuine dell products, always have one handy, old 7.4mm big barrel tip and another with the newer 4.5mm tip.
