hp elitebook 8470p immediately turns off

hi everybody I have an elitebook 8470p with a startup problem when I long press the power button it starts for 3 seconds and turns off
I had to clean the fan and the cooler flashing the bios but no success
pleas if someone can help

Verify your VS voltage if shorting or not !

Take the rising voltage obn all coil when press power button
