yjis laptop: x360 - 14-ba125cl only charge battery to 80 percent
i changed windows and battery
it does not have advanced menu...
the bios is 56

"Battery Care" mode may be restricted to 80%.

Did you find such option in BIOS settings?

AFAIK early 2019 HP X360 have this setting in BIOS while late 2019 doesn't.

It is very likely that this may be available through a BIOS editing tho (unlocking tabs and features).

Bear in mind that restricting charging to 80% only can be a good thing as it may contribute to extend battery life and reduce wear in the long term. But I fully understand that should be an option to change it according to the user preference.
