Hp 450 g5 (DA0X8CMB6E0) no display

hi everyone i have Hp 450 g5 (DA0X8CMB6E0) no display... Laptop is water damage .. I clean mb laptop and i test laptop turn on but not display .. I see in laptop caps lock flash 5 times light power stay amber and fan spining fast .. i measure laptop for circuit and not had circuit i program bios but nothing is same errorr ..
But I see that the cpu is not heated enough in photo see voltage araund cpu...

Check all Gray coils Mark down the voltage will PL number after test Resistance with out power all Gray coils & Mark down with PL number

I dond what pL is i measure voltage and
I explain them in the picture

PL are the inductors or coil since the fan is spinning fast did you flash BIOS as for the pic the BIOS have been done all ready ? SOC core is not getting power find out the IC for that area & the Schematic check the in put voltage VIN must be 5V

i think the problem was here in this mosfet not open but i dont fint this controller for this [ATTACH]230074[/ATTACH]

We can help if you give us the resistance/voltage on all coils , not a picture ..you must give us all the informations
write the PL reference and his voltage and his resistance.
Did you try external screen !
Did you try another bios ! can you please post your dump in the right section.
