Hello,

Motherboard référence : DAY31AMB6C0 Rev.c

The +5VS5 power line is missing, but +3VS5 is present.

Régulator PU12 (SY8208C) page 36 schematic, pin 1 (EN) no voltage (S5_ON come from SIO).

SIO pin 100 (page 34) : S5_ON is present : 3.3 volts.

I don't understand why this voltage is missing on PU12.

Can someone help me? Thank's

check the rail between SIO chip and PU12 .. and pin 8 PU12 to the ground, not to be short.

Pin 8 not be short

I made a bridge to have the S5_ON : between PU11 (PR179) and PU12 (pr183) (page 36).

By doing this I have the 5 volts power line.

But no light on the charging port connector (AC_LED_ON : PIN 28 SIO no present).
No light when i plug the battery.

Power button, 3,4 volts is present and works when you press (shutdown voltage).

By plugging a laboratory power supply I have overconsumption of 65 milliamperes.

S5_ON signal comes from pin 100 of U11 IO. PU11 and PU12 are triggering. When + 3VS5 comes out, + 5VS5 should also appear. When there is voltage on PU11 1 pin, PU12 should be 1 pin. PR185 and PU12 should be checked. PU1 BQ24 charge control 5 pin should be 3.05v. and IO should be 1.2v at 67 pin. Adapter detection required.

PU5 (page39) on pin 10 : +VCC_Core 1.69V present.

Your PU1 charge control chip is defective, 20 pin 19v VCC, 19 pin Battery charge output should be 12,7v, 5 pin AC_OK 3v. PR11 22ohm.

PU1 : pin 5 : 2,98v ; pin 19 : 3,04v ; pin 20 : 19,4v
SIO pin 67 : 0,584v

You should measure 3v on PU1 5 pin, 2.5v on 6 pin and 3v on 7 pin. These measurements are necessary to detect your battery. Is there an image on the LCD panel.

pin6 : 2,7v
pin7 : 0,015v
pin19 : 15,32v (battery in place)
pin 20 : 19,41v

The computer doesn't turn on : no power led on connector dc jack.
