Sony MBX-267 no 0.9/1.0/CPU/MEM voltages

Hello have this Sony MBX-267 board that have only GPU and 3.3/5V active rails. NO 0.9/1.0/CPU/MEM voltage on rails. when i inject enable signal all voltages works. Try to reflash BIOS+EC but no joy

dont have schema or BW so im just guessing its KBC
