Acer Travelmate P248-m Series Power on Problem

Hey guys, hope someone could help me in troubleshooting this laptop. It seems that it has a power and turns on with no output then turns off after few seconds. I already tried to re-flash the bios hope that it would be the problem. I guess I need help with this matter. thanks folks.

Before anything else, have you tested the CMOS battery?

CMOS battery or rtc cell should be above 2.8 voltage

Replace it , check outside voltage at CMOS cell

Without CMOS battery laptop will restart automatically for three times and fourth will boot

I tried to remove the CMOS battery and replaced it but still doesn't work. maybe there's a different cause of it?

When it turns on fan spins?

                Share schematic

Check frequencylevel at crystal oscillator using
                oscilloscope or DSO

Confirm rtc section rtc_rst# and secondary srtc_rst#
