    Dell inspiron 3542 not power on

    Helo folks .
    Dell inspiron 3542 -13269 1- not power on , it consume only 0.02 ampers and when i press power button reach 0.03.

    Pl4501/4502 = 3/5 V always present .

    U3601 :
    5V_S5 and 3D3V_S5 are present , but no enable signal = PM_SLP_S3#.
    When i press power button the ena reach 0.680v than 0v.
    5V_S0 and 3D3V_S0 are not shorted.

    Flashed bios same ,verify the RTC section find nothing unusual .

    Have some doubt about Gate of Q2402/2403 !

    I take this measurements maybe someone have an idea .Thank you

    D2501 = RTC present
    G1901 = 3.15v
    RN1901 = 3.3v on 4 pads

    Q2402 :
    G=3.34 S =0v D= 3.34

    IO basic requirements for swich ON =

    73 = PSL_IN1# it should be low = 0v
    93 = PSL_IN2# = 3.3v than press power button should be 0 than again high
    74 = PSL_OUT# = 0V

    14 = S5_ENABLE = 3.34v
    85 = ECRST# = 3.33
    15 = RSMRST#_KBC = 3.31
    117 = PM_PWRBTN# = 3.41
    112 = AC_PRESENT = 3.41
    100 = PCH_PWROK = 0v when press button the v rise upu to 0.700 than return 0
    21 = PM_SLP_S4# = 0v when press button the v rise upu to 0.400 than return 0
    77 = SUSCLK_KBC = 3.3v
    64 = PM_SLP_S3# =0v when press button the v rise upu to 0.732 than return 0

        Re: Dell inspiron 3542 not power on

        Confirm with oscilloscope if you get a pulse up to 3.3V on SLP_S4#/PWROK and check CPU VCore as well.

          Thank you piernov
          unfortanally didn't have oscilloscope , for Cpu Vcore no voltage since the VCC of PU4601 is coming from 5V_S0 and as i mention before didn't reach this state

            There's a pulse so it probably reaches S0 state, and PCH_PWROK should assert for 5V S0 rail presence.
