identifying unmarked chip HP Envy 360 13"

Chip says "U1592898" and motherboard says "U4001"

    Cinna 13" AMD RR 17885-2 / HP Envy 360 13Ag-0009nb

Unfortunately, I can not find the boardview for this model.

    Any clues?

    Thanks.

It seems like 3V/5V ALW to 3V/5V VS transfer IC but not sure.

Thank you for the tip but I couldn't determine the type of chip.

send the photo to an IC salesperson. Probably they will mention whether they have this IC or not.

Its a G2898KD1U dual N-channel mosfet load switch

            .
That confirms my guess. Its a load switch for VS line transfer for 3v/5v.

Hello, I have a problem with this laptop. At first, I noticed a video failure. Checking the board, it was determined that the PI3DPX8121 circuit was affected. A new one was ordered upon arrival and installation. The computer does not turn on. I reinstall the previous one and it still does not turn on. I check the ratings. in the source and it is present in the main ones even in the power button now I don't know if the corrupt bios left the bin file

                    PI3DPX8121
                    ?? PI3DPX1207

See attached. Is the corner damaged?

Yes, my error when writing, but the strange thing is that it does not show the error that the previous one had and the initial error was that it did not generate an image, now it does not turn on but in the sources it shows voltage although I take some reference since I do not have the schematics

Given that this is only reworked part - flux and remove it off the board. Then power up again to see if the issue is fixed. Perhaps a short underneath one or more of these pads.

Well, I already did it but it still does not turn on. I also reinstalled the previous one with the one that did not show an image but still without turning on. I have checked everything around the circuit in case it may affect some component but apparently they are good

Check the resistance to ground on each power rail. You have a short somewhere. No power to the board during the resistance checks. You can test at each inductor as a good start.
