Laptop Sony Vaio shutdown every 30 minutes

ask for help. I am handling a Sony Vaio laptop mboard code FI2 core i5 hashwel with thoucscreen. the problem is the laptop turns off every 30 minutes (from pressing the button) again and again. standby or working together die on the 30th minute.
I have tried
- Flash bios with clean me
- replaced capacitors 3/5VA, vcc-coore and vga-core
-resoldering KBC and ICs
-replaced Thermall sensor TMP709 for Processor and HDD
-tried with less keyboard, power switch bord, and card
-reinstall os
-tried on win pe and stay on bios stay dead 30 minutes

while running windows i have tried checking the Acin and all_pwrgd pin on kbc has 3.3V and 62.7mV on Peak to peak (normal)
and not overheating

How did you clean ME region? post your dump in BIOS request section and ask for a properly cleaned ME region.

How did you clean ME region? post your dump in BIOS request section and ask for a properly cleaned ME region.

thank you, I 've flashed with file i got but the problem still same.I tried raplace KBC but unfortunetly still shutdown every 30min.

Does it shuts down in exact 30 mins every time??
If turned on again, does it last for 30 mins or it shuts down a little earlier??
Can you turn it on instantly after it turns off every time??

yes its axactly turn off every 30mins. if i turn it on its run well for 30mins again.
yes i can turn it on efter it turn off. every time.
the laptop is like has a timer

its shutdown suddently like lossing ac connection. but i can turn it on again just by pressing power btn normally

Try taking the bare motherboard out of the laptop - nothing on the board other than the RAM.
Connect it only to charger and use external display.
Use linux mint live USB boot and leave it running and test.

Its wierd. All symptoms indicate towards ME-Region issue but you have already tried that. Schematic available for this unit?? It seems some kind of thermal trigger may be at play. Do you get any thermal message on bootscreen just after it has shutdown??

I don't know if it can cause this kind of problem but maybe it's the ME disable strap.

I too seen exactly same problem In CQ42 .It ran for exactly 21 or 29 minutes.i too posted .

i did have this problem before with lenovo G580, fix it by flashing bios without clear me region
