Missing 3.3v/5v always on hp laptop

Hello brothers

Im working on hp:
DA0U83MB6E0
REV : E

I don't have 3.3v / 5v always, the bios have 0v, the power button does have 3.3v, and 5v does appear on some other components. But always voltage they don't appear on both coils...

I removed the 3.3v/5v chip as well as 4 mosfets but still doing the same thing, The mosfet they do receive 19v on one side of which it okay, but they don't generate 3.3v and 5v.

Yes there is a light on the charging pin

Measure voltage on PU9 PIN 1/6/8/16/17/18/23.

Sorry for late response, the client took it and returned it back, but so far what i can tell you is that when you plug in the adapter, the white light 💡 comes up even if there is no battery on the laptop, it charges the battery, when you press the power button, the white led flashes 3 times but if you plug in the adapter it doesn't do anything, with battery plugged in flashes 3 times

The adapter jack led on the laptop flashes 3 time when you press the press the power button, but if adapter is plugged and you press the power button it doesn't do anything but on battery does flash 3 times when you press the power button

3 blinks means battery is discharged.

Im confused now brother, the board is not turning On, let me show you something im confused, I don't know what to check now

PQ2 is 19v and 2.7 volts on the otherside, but again im not saying it faulty

PQ2 is discharge mosfet. So 19V on one side and 2.7V on other side is correct.

What is the voltage on pin 76/64/65 of kbc??

Measure voltage on PU9 PIN 1/6/8/16/17/18/23.

You didnt gave measurements and you say you are confused??
