Dell Vostro 3500 Admin Password Question

Good day all. I have this vostro 3500 that I need to remove the Admin password in order to change the boot menu as usb is not an option. My question is if I save the bios off the windbond chip 4mb is this where the password is stored?
I understand that a request is in another section but I am just looking for help on where it is located
The machine has no other issues other than I cannot make bios changes of any sort.

Ok thanks. I wanted to make sure I didn't have to go through the kbc connector as I don't have that option at the moment. There is alot of info out there but nothing saying for sure that I could find.
