    Not remove resistance, just shift the position of the resistance (moved to the right position ), for give a out listed combination :

    -Shift R2019 to R2016 (DRAM_TYPE3) ( that mean DRAM_TYPE3 will have value 1 logical and you will have combination 1.0.1 - out listed)

    OR

    -Shift R2018 to R2022 (DRAM_TYPE2) ( that mean DRAM_TYPE2 will have value 1 logical and you will have combination 0.1.1 - out listed)

      Looks like a shit solder joint on the SMD cap under the "C809" text.
