White blinking led on DC jack. Does not start [ HP Probook 440 G1]

So I had this model on my desk which was short on 19volt. A couple of capacitors where short which was removed and now the board has 3.3 and 19v.

Now upon plugging in the adapter I get a White blinking led on DC jack and constant white led on the power button. Nothing happens when I press the power button. I do have 3.3 volt on the power power and I also have 3.3volt on the rsmtrst signal on SIO chip.

I have tried various Bios bin files found on the internet and all of them show the same result.

I am short of ideas on how to proceed..

Did you try original HP AC adapter?

Other to use originale ADP investigate the section with bad capacitor to check other issue.
Check also the EC and pch

Likely to be kbc fault.

Yes I have used the original adapter. What pins do we check to narrow down the problem to a particular section my friends.

Did you try with known good battery, 99 % of battery issues are the battery itself.
