Laptop not always turns on, fan and light is on but no picture on display. After several time restart on power button, laptop turn on and works like charm until i turns off laptop. then all over again-several time on power button turns off and on then laptop turns on. any idea?

Sounds just like when I OC'ed my 65nm Core 2 Duo and didn't enable CPU load line calibration on my Asus P5QL Pro motherboard, IIRC. Albeit the one mentioned, is ATX.
Without load line calibration, I would be required to retry for it to POST! I would just get power and fans and nothing else, until I power cycled, up to several times roughly then once I got in the OS, it was stable, IIRC, LOL.
