Whats the resistance of the inductor itself? Both sides should have about the same resistance to gnd.
The values presented are measured on each side of coil poles with GND.

Yeah I understood that. My question was the resistance across the inductor. Put one probe on each side of the inductor.

Sorry my bad, I understand wrong your post... I'm sorry.
OK I will verify, because I remove the coil... I will put it back, measure it and send it to you...
Theres any chance to post here schematic link??

Oh you removed the coil? Your measurements are fine then.
I guess schematic is not available for this model..

Please look for the buck converter chip for PL802 and post its model number.
Or take a really good close up photo of it.

Thanks for your support I have been searched for schema of MOBO but nothing was been found...
Yes I removed the coil and then I measure the other components and post before here like you saw the values...

The best solution is what you suggest at all, I will take a photo of faulty area and identify, shorts and values.

But only later, hope you could help me solving this.

here you have the photo, with components description, values still the same i will solder the coil at moment.

Ok, i resolder the coil back to board.

At this point now we have, on positive side of both capacitors:
                011.5Ohm.

                Negative sides:
                000.1Ohm on each Caps.

They Still in short to GND both caps and coil too.

On coil i still have on both contacts 011.5Ohm.

I would like to know how to measure well the both mosfets right next over the coil.
But i don't know best wait to that.

Ohhhhh my God... Now I was verifying more things... On the other side of that area... And guess what...?
More and lot of caps are in short...
Look at attached picture... Almost of them are shorted.

I think that could be a short under BGA.
Every time I touch on this board I check something new, the board has been touched by some curious man before and do a bad job starting on BIOS chip repair and finishing in a try to reflow the BGA.
Some Flux was present on corners of BGA, I think theres some solder balls in short doing this issue on machine...
Maybe a good reball could be a great try to take this board from dead.
All caps has far as I checked goes to under BGA area, meaning they must have contact with BGA.
